How Should I dress?
Wardrobe choices should be subtle and age appropriate. If you are doing groups, try and coordinate colors and styles so the entire group meshes well together.
How should I do my make-up?
Make-up should be subtle unless you are trying to achieve a certain look. Try and make sure it doesn't make your skin look shiny or oily. Avoid glitter or make-up with sparkles. Use powder on oily parts of your skin, especially the forehead area to avoid glare.
We are coming as a family, any tips?
Family shots are wonderful and can make the best keepsakes. Dress somewhat alike, jeans and darker tops look great in family shots. Bring props that tell each persons story, it makes for great character shots and contrast between personalities. Plan ahead and bring ideas of anything you would like to incorporate.

I love black and white shots, how can I maximize my shoot for this?
Black and whites can make for the most classy and interesting photographs, wear colors that contrast well. Little make-up is best for black and whites. Wear bolder colors and pastels and lighter colors tend to just photograph as white. Loose fitting flowy material, tends to photograph well.
