You walk up to the door and....

When you arrive at Hotshotz you will be pleasantly greeted and offered refreshments. Please take this time to have a seat and browse our packages, props, backgrounds and more. Use this time to ask any questions you may have and choose the package that best suits your needs. After you have chosen your packages, backgrounds, props and any suggested poses you will have the opportunity to discuss this with your photographer. 



​Once you enter the camera room your session will begin. The photographer will promptly get the rooms background and lighting together to begin your shoot. You will be lightly coached to achieve the poses that are best suited for the type of photography as well as any you suggested. You will have the opportunity to change outfits during this time or to ask for a background change. You are the director, simply provide us instructions and we will be happy to accommodate. 



Once your session is over you will be asked to have a seat in the lobby while the photographer loads your images into our digital proofing and presentation system. Once your session is ready, you will have a chance to go through all of your shots, choosing your favorites and removing shots you are not interested in keeping. After all of your choices are made you will have the opportunity to choose which shots you would like retouched or you would like to have prints made of that go with your package. Finally, you will be able to see all of the ala-carte options you have and choose any you see fit. Once your order is complete you will have a chance to pay and get your invoice and proofing sheet which allows you to see what you have selected and what to expect.

Depending on your choices your order may be ready by the end of the business day for pick-up. If you selected retouching or specialty prints you will be given a estimated pick up date to expect your order will be ready to pick up. You may also opt to ship your order for a small charge to avoid returning. Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are dissatisfied for any reason simply call us back and we will do our very best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
